Payment & Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS

  • Credit card to be provided to guarantee your reservation 
  • Payment must be settled upon arrival by cash, bank transfer, VISA or Mastercard


CANCELLATIONS

  • Casa VESPA is not suitable for children under 12 years
  • Minors  will not be allowed to stay and will be charged in full 
  • Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival (except 'best price offers', which are non refundable) 
  • First night charge for cancellations less than 48 hours
  • Full charge for no-show without prior notification 
  • Related fees and charges will automatically be deducted from your credit card
