- Casa VESPA is not suitable for children under 12 Years
- Bookings with younger children will be cancelled and charged in full
- Different conditions apply for bookings with more than 5 rooms
- Smoking in the hotel is prohibited by law and subject to 5.000 THB fine
- Check-in after 2 PM; Check-out before 12 PM
- Early Check-in/late Check-out subject to room availability
- Bookings are guaranteed until 6 PM only, please inform us know if you arrive later
- Casa VESPA charges for extra persons in your room, maximum room occupancy is 2 in guest rooms, 3 in suites
- Surcharge for additional Person 400 THB (room only) or 500 THB (with breakfast)
- Limited onsite parking available, but at your own risk
- Parking space is free of charge and can not be reserved
- Casa VESPA can not be held responsible for any damage, theft or injury. Rooms don't have safe deposit boxes
- There is no evelator, our staff can assist with the luggage on request
- Pets are not allowed
